Account Services

Position Overview:

As part of the Account Services team, you’ll play a critical role in managing client relationships and supporting account strategy. You’ll assist in preparing reports, conducting client calls, staying organized, and helping the account team with essential tasks. This role is offered on both the advertising and public relations sides of the agency, and applicants should indicate their area of interest. You will report to the Advertising and Public Relations Directors.

Creative Department

Art Director

Position Overview:

The Art Director is responsible for leading the visual components of campaigns, ensuring the client’s message and image resonate with their target audience. This role includes attending weekly meetings, interpreting account briefs, creating original visuals, and presenting ideas to clients and colleagues. You will report to the Creative Director and work closely with your account lead.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Portfolio showcasing creative work and visual storytelling abilities

Reliable communicator who can articulate ideas clearly

Passionate about advertising and willing to go the extra mile to ensure high-quality work

Skilled in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Copywriter:

Position Overview:
The Copywriter collaborates with visual creatives to develop the verbal elements of campaigns. Responsibilities include interpreting briefs, researching clients, creating clear and engaging copy, and presenting work to clients and colleagues. This role requires a passion for effective messaging and consistency in voice. You will report to the Creative Director and work with your respective account lead.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Portfolio showcasing strong written work, especially for advertising or PR

Excellent organizational and communication skills, especially with clients

Passionate and committed to delivering impactful messaging

Creative, consistent, and detail-oriented in producing all written content


Research Department

Position Overview:
As part of the Research Department, you’ll conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support the agency’s strategic decisions. Responsibilities include running surveys, focus groups, and other research methods to gather insights into client behaviors, attitudes, and perceptions. You will report to the Research Director, Advertising, and Public Relations Directors.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

Eager to learn and share knowledge with the team

Naturally curious and driven to ask questions

Strong communicator who can simplify complex data

Familiar with research techniques and willing to work independently while respecting deadlines

Self-starter, committed to accuracy and detail in all research activities


Digital Department

Position Overview:

In the Digital Department, you will be the primary resource for social media and digital strategy on your account team. Responsibilities include attending weekly meetings, supporting social media brainstorming, analyzing metrics, and helping execute digital strategies. You will report to the Digital Director and your Account Lead.

Proficient with multiple social media platforms and eager to explore new ones

Passionate about digital trends in advertising and public relations

Problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Team-oriented, accountable, and reliable in delivering digital support
